The Assessment Process
What to Expect
- Step 1
When you contact us, we will discuss your requirements and provide you with a quotation of costs for you to consider.
- Step 2
If acceptable, we will arrange a mutually agreeable date for the assessment to be carried out. Generally, we can go about our business unsupported, particularly residential multi-occupied buildings whereby your attendance on site is not required.
- Step 3
Pre-visit requests - Prior to our site visit, we will send you a property information sheet for you to complete. This will assist us in carrying out the assessment and report.
- Step 4
We will assess your building and produce a full and comprehensive report within seven days. Any recommendations and action plans will be devised in partnership with the client.
The Fire Safety Act 2021 states, flat entrance doors of a multi-occupied residential building should be included in the fire risk assessment. We will attempt to sample a minimum 10% of individual flat entrance doors that open into communal areas.
Your Fire Risk Assessment report.
Your comprehensive report will include any photographs necessary to highlight any particular deficiencies and actions you need to take.
